TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Tennis, for me, is practicing – in a fun way – the values of hard work, discipline, AND play, and connecting with people through those values.

A good coach provides structure, guidance, and unconditional positive support. Technical, tactical, physical, and emotional work is part of it, but sound athletic development starts with the values infused in the day-to-day training through the structure and resilience provided by the coach: We love and respect the game. We show up - every practice, every match, every point.

I teach all levels, from toddlers to adults. I offer competitive pathways for the young player and fun options for adults.

Whether your goal is to go pro, play in college, impress your friends, or just soak in the positive energy of being on court, we've got something for you.

As far as I can remember, I always played tennis. I got an ATP point when I was 17 and finished my junior career ranked 97 in the world. I played number 1 at Xavier University of Louisiana and started coaching during my first year of college.

From 2014 to 2018, my friend and I ran our junior program in New Orleans, LA. Several of my juniors ranked in the top 20 and received scholarships from colleges and universities, including the University of Pennsylvania and College of Charleston.

I recently had the privilege to work as Assistant Director at Centercourt Tennis Academy and be part of a program that was hosting some of the best juniors in the US, including Samir Benarjee, 2021 Wimbledon Junior Champion and Michael Zheng, ranked #3 nationally and is committed to Columbia University.
